My husband and I were greeted and assisted by kind and knowledgeable staff within moments of entering the store. Large selection. Had the quantity we needed at a fantastic price. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t be happier with my carpet installation! From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I had such a hard time choosing the right carpet, Brinette at Mullen’s was amazing — so patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She took the time to help me find the perfect style and color for my home, and I truly appreciated her guidance. The installation team was professional, quick, and did a beautiful job. The carpet looks fantastic, the pricing was very reasonable, and the customer service was top-notch. I always recommend Mullen’s Factory Direct!

Always so helpful! They helped us order all the tile for our new home along with all the necessary mortars, etc. Now we are onto our master bath shower. So happy to have this place close. Their knowledge and expertise is not found in big box stores!
